Cait is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and mental health. Her journey into Yoga Therapy began in 2019 when she faced a pivotal decision between pursuing a graduate degree in psychology/social work or delving deeper into Yoga Therapy's transformative powers. Cait chose the latter, drawn to Yoga Therapy's diverse tools for balance and inner peace.

With over 1000 hours of formal training and a Yoga Therapy certification, Cait brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Her yoga journey started in 2007 at Rockland Community College, where she discovered Yoga's profound impact on mental well-being. Nature has always guided Cait's path, from backpacking to competitive sports, instilling in her a deep connection to authenticity.

In 2020, Cait completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Stone Wave Yoga and graduated from Prema Yoga Institute's 2-year Yoga Therapy program in 2024, earning her 300-hour designation and Yoga Therapy certification.

Cait's passion is serving individuals navigating mental health challenges and developmental disorders. She believes in Yoga Therapy's power to provide practical tools for thriving, drawing from ancient wisdom and practices tailored to modern life. Through her open-minded approach, Cait guides clients toward healing, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.
