Sweet (healing) Vibrations

Join Kate Birmingham and Stacy Ripo for this 1 hour offering, where you will bliss out to the healing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls while doing restorative sequences.

Himalayan Singing bowls are an ancient healing modality known for their rich tones and vibrations.  Studies have shown that sound bowls promote deep feelings of relaxation and reduce blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. The bowls that will be used during this workshop are healing-grade, hand-hammered bowls from Nepal.

Restorative yoga can be used to help heal because of its positive effects on the nervous system. Typically, sequences consist of five or six poses. Combined with deep breathing and stillness, it provides an opportunity to feel and tolerate every sensation.

Recommended donation $30 or give what you can.
