Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through controlled, mindful movements. For a more intense workout, try Power Core Mat Pilates to challenge your endurance and stability—plus, stay tuned for the arrival of our Reformer Pilates in 2025!
Friendly Pricing and Membership Offerings
We have a many class passes and memberships to choose from. We offer student, senior and veteran discounts. If you want to try it out, try our New Student Special - 5 Classes for $45. That is just $9/class!
Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Fitness
Our Prenatal Yoga classes offer gentle, supportive movement and breathing techniques to help expectant mothers stay strong, flexible, and relaxed throughout pregnancy. After baby’s arrival, our Postnatal Fitness and Yoga sessions focus on safely rebuilding strength, improving posture, and promoting overall well-being for new moms.
Yin and Restorative Practices to Rejuvenate
Our Yin and Restorative yoga classes provide a deeply calming experience, focusing on slow, mindful stretches and supported poses that encourage relaxation and release tension. These gentle practices are perfect for restoring balance, improving flexibility, and nurturing both body and mind.
Tai Chi
No experience needed. Our Tai Chi classes blend graceful, flowing movements with mindful breathing to promote balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, Tai Chi is a gentle practice that enhances overall well-being and helps reduce stress.
