Otherwise known as a VinYin style class, this class offered at both 45 and 60 minutes, is designed to warm you up from the inside out. Beginning with a vinyasa to create heat, and followed by a satisfying cool down. Come practice postures that are outside of the box. Using the principles of hatha yoga and yin yoga, this class is the perfect way to strengthen muscles, release toxins, and expand your mind.

This Bikram inspired Hot 26 class is offered at 50, 60 and 75 minutes and is heated to approximately 106 degrees (can feel like 108 degrees) with approximately 40% humidity. Poses are repeated and we will move through a set series of shapes in our infrared heated room.

All movements are low impact and performed barefoot on a yoga mat, bringing focus and the initiation of energy to a center point in the human body. This is the core. Power Pilates incorporates a continuous series of mat movements, rooted in the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Strengthen your core through connection, improve mobility, and dramatically transform your body awareness while using breath to fuel the body. As we engage our muscles, movement occurs, and we enable muscular contraction and power. For all levels with no prior yoga experience required.

In this 60 minute class, keep your energy high throughout by pairing movement with upbeat music! No prior yoga experience is required.

Hot 32 is a sequence that encompasses the 26 postures in the hot class you may already know - we just try out a few more with them! The sequence is sandwiched between two breathing exercises at the start and end of the sequence.

Just like the hot 26, hot 32 offers opportunities to revisit the same postures each week.

Stone Wave Serenity Flow + Unwind

This all levels class is designed to help you quiet the mind and down regulate the nervous system.

What is down regulation? Down regulation is deliberately practicing shifting your nervous system from a sympathetic (fight or flight mode) to a parasympathetic (rest and digest mode) state. When we can come into a parasympathetic state we allow our body to rest and heal.

What to expect?
 We will open with 5-10 minutes of breath-work then move slowly through fluid vinyasa style sequences for about 30 minutes to release any energy and end with at least 15 minutes of supported shapes that will move you into savasana. Occasionally Yoga Nidra, also known as, 'yogic sleep', will be offered.

When we're able to release energy before settling we may discover that finding stillness becomes more accessible.
