Prenatal Flow Yoga is a slower-paced 60-minute vinyasa practice designed to support expecting mothers both physically and emotionally throughout pregnancy. This nurturing class emphasizes mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, pelvic floor awareness, restorative postures, and gentle core strengthening to help build stamina, stability, and resilience. Each practice is designed to support the changing body, encourage relaxation, and cultivate a deeper connection between parent and baby. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy with modifications offered throughout.

Explore the asanas and new ways to play with yoga shapes and move to music. This 50 minute program offers a loving, supportive environment for your children. They will learn stress management skills, body awareness and healthful choices - all while having FUN! This is for ages 5-10, no prior yoga experience required.
