“Identity would seem to be the garment with which one covers the nakedness of the self: in which case, it is best that the garment be loose, a little like the robes of the desert, through which one’s nakedness can always be felt, and, sometimes, discerned. This trust in one's nakedness is all that gives one the power to change one’s robes.” James Baldwin

More About
Marc has been teaching for the last three years, since graduating Stone Wave's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, and is currently employed with Dragon Fly Yoga. All of Marc’s teachings are rooted in traditional yogic texts, mainly Haṭha Yoga. The Classes blend āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, and mudrā in efforts to guide the practitioner to a place of heightened self-awareness. Students are encouraged to explore their own alignment while paying keen attention to experiences of thought and prāṇā throughout practice. Sequencing is inspired by, but not limited to, Ghosh and Aṣṭāṅga.
