Course Vision
This course is a journey that empowers you to evolve your consciousness and transform your life through the practice of meditation.
How will it work?
The group will meet weekly for 8 weeks of steady practice.
Together, we will explore the practice of meditation from a Yogic perspective with the intention of creating and expanding a deep and rooted sense of inner peace that influences the way we engage with the world, our emotions, and our thoughts.
ABOUT Meditation 201
Meditation 201 is a Raja-Yoga based course that explores the practices of Meditation and Yogic Self-Cultivation. It is designed for those who have completed Meditation 101 with Dr. Michael at StoneWave, or who have an established meditation practice.
Through the seated practice, we open the space for transformational and transcendental consciousness to become more present and nurtured.
We will study the theoretical and practical teachings of Yoga, and put them into practice through self reflection and cultivation. As a group, a satsang - company of the wise, we will learn and grow together through shared practice and experience.
Who should take this class?
The class is open to adults and mature teens looking to strengthen their meditation practice and evolve their consciousness. Prior experience is encouraged. If you are new to meditation, please email Welcome@StoneWaveYoga.com to discuss.
