A studio apartment at our Gardiner NY. Unlimited yoga and fitness classes included. Close to hiking, shopping and more. In a stunning location next door to Wildflower Farms by Auberge, and Hudson Distillery, with a shared lawn, hot tub and stunning views of the Shawangunk Ridge.

HIIT and Strength Training

Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Fitness

After baby’s arrival, our Postnatal Fitness and Yoga sessions focus on safely rebuilding strength, improving posture, and promoting overall well-being for new moms.

Yin and Restorative Yoga

Yoga Teacher Training Programs

Our Yoga Teacher Training deepens your practice and equips you to lead with confidence and authenticity. The Mat Pilates Teacher Training provides thorough instruction on technique and teaching methods to help you guide students safely and effectively. In our Meditation Teacher Training, you’ll learn mindfulness and meditation techniques to cultivate calm and clarity for yourself and others.
