Overnight Accommodations at Harmony Inn

A studio apartment at our Gardiner NY. Unlimited yoga and fitness classes included. Close to hiking, shopping and more. In a stunning location next door to Wildflower Farms by Auberge, and Hudson Distillery, with a shared lawn, hot tub and stunning views of the Shawangunk Ridge.

We have a many class passes and memberships to choose from. We offer student, senior and veteran discounts. If you want to try it out, try our New Student Special - 5 Classes for $45. That is just $9/class!

Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer

Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through controlled, mindful movements. For a more intense workout, try Power Core Mat Pilates to challenge your endurance and stability—plus, stay tuned for the arrival of our Reformer Pilates in 2025!

HIIT and Strength Training

Our HIIT and strength training classes combine high-energy intervals with targeted muscle work using mats, dumbbells, resistance bands, and calisthenics. These dynamic workouts are designed to boost endurance, build strength, and improve overall fitness for all levels.

Yoga for All

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Fitness

After baby’s arrival, our Postnatal Fitness and Yoga sessions focus on safely rebuilding strength, improving posture, and promoting overall well-being for new moms.

Yin and Restorative Practices to Rejuvenate

Tai Chi

No experience needed. Our Tai Chi classes blend graceful, flowing movements with mindful breathing to promote balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, Tai Chi is a gentle practice that enhances overall well-being and helps reduce stress.
