Course Description: How to Be a Sage - A Meditation Course is an 8-week journey into meditation, self-reflection, and self-actualization. We will utilize the curriculum of physical, mental, and intellectual cultivation of Raja Yoga and pair it with the timeless wisdom and insight of the Yi Jing (I Ching) from Ancient China.
The Raja Yoga Sutras (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali) provide a practical and philosophical framework for how an individual can care for their health and cultivate their sagacity. Coupled with additional Vedantic teachings and Yi Jing wisdom, we will explore the concepts and experience the timeless practices of self-cultivation through these traditions.

Who is this course for: any human being who is ready and willing to examine their mind, evolve their wisdom, and invite some transformation. We will support each other on this journey, working as a satsang (community of truth seekers).
Do you need prior experience: prior experience with meditation and self-reflective/cultivation practices is strongly recommended.
How much work does this course invite: there will be daily readings and practices offered. This is at-will education and no assignments are “required,” but the more you engage with the materials, the more profound your experience will be.
What will happen for you if you take this course? You will have received transformational teachings that have been preserved and developed for thousands of years, and if you engage sincerely with the practice and readings, anything is possible.
