At Stone Wave Yoga, we are honored to be working with retreat visionary and lead Jessica Sarrantonio, RYT-200, to offer a special experience in India.
“As students of Yoga, we honor India as the birthplace of our cherished practice. Its rich heritage has provided us with profound teachings that promote well-being and inner peace,” says Liz Glover Wilson, E-RYT-500, Founder of Stone Wave. “We are thrilled to embark on this journey (yatra) and are grateful to partner with Jessica and the other beautiful co-hosts.”

India is dotted with cities and rural areas known for yoga. We are exploring some of the top destinations for yogi travelers including:
Delhi: Home to New Delhi, the Capital of India, Delhi is the largest city in India and the second in the world, by population. The vast history of India comes alive on the streets of Delhi. Here you will ease into yogic living with optional excursions, country orientation, and daily yoga practice co-hosted by Jessica Sarrantonio and Liz Glover Wilson.
Dharamshala: For its peaceful mountain atmosphere, awe-inspiring scenery, and teachers who are alive with the traditional wisdom of Indian yoga.
