Ayurveda has changed my life . .

I always had an outgoing personality and when I was younger everyone would say to me that I should be a sales person. I would gasp and say, “absolutely not!” It is not natural for me to promote something unless I have lived it and believe in it.

The Ayurveda lifestyle is something I started studying a couple of years ago, and have been studying daily and LIVING.

It has been life-changing and soul nourishing.
