ANATOMY AND ADJUSTMENTS

More than simply the names of muscles and bones, this module is designed to teach you how the muscles interact with each other and within the asana practice. We all have a built in weight lifting mechanism called the Skeleton, the gift is when we fully integrate our muscles, joints and fascia to optimize movement, strength and mobility.

As we gain a new perspective on the body we will integrate safe hands-on-adjustments. These assists will be respectful and can be practiced privately or with any friends or family members who you are comfortable with. When we gain confidence doing adjustments on others we will naturally find better alignment within our own practice.
