Through a lighthearted approach Brie aims to bring her students back to a place of safety within themselves and heal the fear that keeps them from expanding. Brie embraced yoga when she was in college to find creative ways to reduce stress and foster a relationship with movement. Over the years, yoga has become the safeguard not only for stress reduction but to reconnect with her heart, gain confidence in her body, and nourish her soul.
Brie is a Trauma Therapist with Nourish Your Mind LLC. She believes healing is not only a journey of the mind but full body experience meant to be had as one. She is dedicated to creating a safe and open environment to support students to remember their truest self. She completed her 200-hour certificate with Stone Wave in June 2023 and integrates yoga with a therapeutic approach.
About how Brie incorporates Yoga into her daily & professional life, “Yoga is a part of every moment. The union of being in the present is something I help people foster their own relationship with. A permission to feel, play, sit, and just be. Being in the moment allows us to exist without judgment or labels. What I offer to my clients is so much less about me giving permission and so much more about them taking this permission that they have always had for themselves.”
