This 85 degree vinyasa class is for the experienced yogi. We will utilize sun salutations to link sequenced poses that build inner heat and develop strength and flexibility in equal proportion. In this class we will explore postures that strengthen the abdominals, posterior chain, as well as the shoulders. This type of work creates more core strength and improves overall posture.
