Final Individualized Wellness Review

As a final project, each student will be asked to complete an Individualized Wellness Review. Like a thesis, each review will be focused on a specific (pre-approved) topic; summarizing an area of specialty that you hope to study in depth and share with others. Your chosen topic may be something that you bring directly into your community or something that you first cultivate within yourself to feel more expertise before sharing with others.

You can complete this review within the 7 months of the program or up to one year from start date. Your certification will be complete upon submission of your Wellness Review.
