New Year's Eve 2006, NYC: First Bikram yoga class and I was hooked. (18) years later and I am still in love with hot yoga. Finally certified to teach in 2021, training with Zefea Samson and Mark Drost of Evolation Yoga, in Santa Barbara, CA, and a wonderful group of like-minded souls from all over the world. New York City born and part to full-time resident of the beautiful Upper Hudson Valley and Catskills region my entire life! Shanti.
