Course Vision
This course is designed to be a journey that empowers you to evolve your consciousness and transform your life through the practice of meditation.
How will it work?
The group will meet weekly for 10 weeks and there will be readings, reflections, and daily practice between classes.

With the foundation of personal practice and Raja Yoga, we will layer teachings of Vedantic, Ayurvedic, and Chinese Medical philosophy in order to provide a vocabulary for transformation.

The class is open to adults and mature teens looking to strengthen their meditation practice and evolve their consciousness. Beginners are most welcome!
