All movements are low impact and performed barefoot on a yoga mat, bringing focus and the initiation of energy to a center point in the human body. This is the core. Strengthen your core through connection, improve mobility, and dramatically transform your body awareness while using breath to fuel the body. This class, held at around 95 degrees, is not a yoga class but will help strengthen the body to improve yogic postures. All movements are low impact and performed barefoot on a yoga mat, keeping joints and muscles protected while moving to your max.
