For new students, your first class at Stone Wave Yoga is on us. Choose from over 30 classes. This includes a free mat rental. No credit card required. Offer is one time only per person. This offer is non-transferable.

After your trial ends, you are welcome to join with our new member special of 2 weeks of unlimited yoga for $25 for one time only at one of our locations. After which, you can join additional classes by purchasing a multi-class package, unlimited membership or a single drop in pass.

This offer is good at Stone Wave Yoga Poughkeepsie and Stone Wave Yoga Gardiner. Welcome beginners and experienced practitioners. We also offer hot yoga, yin, prenatal and hitt classes.
