WELLENESS POLICY
UPDATED JULY 2024

We Care

Our staff is safe and healthy and we want you to be as well.

If you are not well, opt out of coming in-person to class. You may consider joining us virtually as well.

Read our wellness commitment below.

Committed to Clean Space

We have a surplus of hand sanitizer throughout the studio space and in restroom facilities.

Props, floors and surfaces are disinfected before/after each class.

INDOOR: Fresh Air Purifiers with HEPA Filters

Each studio is equipped with air purifiers and filters that are designed to remove viruses from the air, as well as other air pollutants, pollen, allergens, VOCs, and odor. Both of our studio locations have high ceilings, fans, and lots of windows to keep our air fresh and clean.

Honoring Our Students and Instructors

Our students and instructors can wear a mask if they choose. We honor all individuals rights to choose.

We do recommend that if you are participating in our hot or warm classes, that you consult with your doctor if you are considering wearing a mask.

Our greatest commitment is to continually offer virtual connection for everybody, so that nobody is left out. We believe that the increased practice of wellness and mindfulness can improve our world (one person at a time).”
